Who we are

Aligned Systems ("we", "us", "our") is a holistic business agency operated by Christie Armstrong and Sami Kovalyov. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email, optional phone number, and any notes you share when booking a call or filling out a form.
• SMS opt-in records — if you provide a phone number and check the SMS consent box, we store the consent flag, timestamp, IP address, and the disclosure text shown to you.
• Calendar and meeting data needed to schedule your call (date, time, time zone).
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and analytics.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, and follow up on calls or services you've requested.
• To send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups by email and — only if you've opted in — by SMS.
• To respond to questions and provide support.
• To improve our website and services.

SMS / Text messaging

We only send SMS messages to numbers that have explicitly opted in. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Aligned Systems related to your strategy call (appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups).

• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Sharing

We share data only with vendors who help us operate (for example, Google Calendar for scheduling, Twilio for SMS delivery, and our hosting and email providers). These vendors process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@alignedsystems.io. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.
